Safety on Tsuna

Tsuna exists for connection and conversation. Bullying, trolling, harassment, threats and hate have no place here — and we act on them.

    Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate abuse of any kind. That includes bullying, trolling, intimidation, stalking, hate speech, threats of violence, sexual harassment and the deliberate targeting of any individual or group.

Abusive accounts are warned, then removed. There is no quota to hit, no appeal to popularity, and no exception for anyone — including advertisers and long-standing members.

    What we have in place

Protection is built into the platform, not bolted on afterwards.

    AI monitoring, around the clock

Every post, comment and private message is automatically checked for bullying, trolling, harassment, threats and hate speech. It runs constantly, day and night, and it does not need anyone to report the content first.

    Immediate warnings

If abusive behaviour is detected, the person responsible receives a warning straight away, quoting exactly what was flagged and making clear it must stop.

    Reporting in one tap

Any post, comment, profile or advert can be reported. Reports go directly into our moderation queue and are reviewed by a real person.

    Blocking

You can block anyone at any time. Blocked people cannot see your content, message you, or appear anywhere in your suggestions.

    Privacy you control

You decide who sees your About, location and interests, and whether your profile can be found by search engines. Private messages stay private between the people in the conversation.

    16 and over only

Tsuna is for people aged 16 and over. Date of birth is required to join, and accounts found to belong to under-16s are removed.

    What happens to offending accounts

Every flagged incident is recorded against the account. Warnings escalate — they never reset quietly in the background.

    1

    First offence

    Formal notice

The account holder is told exactly what was flagged, why it breaches our rules, and that it must stop immediately.

    2

    Second offence

    Formal warning

A recorded warning is issued against the account. The behaviour is logged permanently and reviewed by our moderation team.

    3

    Third offence

    Final warning

The last chance. Any further breach results in the account being removed from Tsuna.

    4

    Serious offences

    Immediate removal

Threats of violence, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment and similar behaviour skip every stage. The account is removed on the spot, and content is preserved as evidence.

    Evidence is preserved

When abusive content is flagged, a permanent case file is created with its own reference number. It records the exact wording, who wrote it, who received it and when. Deleting the post or message does not delete the record, and it cannot be altered by anyone.

    Referral to the police

Where behaviour may be criminal — threats, stalking, hate crime, or content involving children — we will report it to the police and provide the full case file. Serious matters are escalated, not quietly deleted.

    Fair, not trigger-happy

Disagreement is not abuse. Strong opinions, criticism, debate and the odd bit of swearing that isn't aimed at anyone are all part of normal conversation, and our checks are deliberately tuned to leave them alone. We act when someone is being targeted.

If you believe a warning was issued in error, you can appeal it and a human will review the case.

    Need help now?

If someone is treating you badly on Tsuna, report them or block them — both take one tap. If you would rather talk to us directly, get in touch and we will look into it personally.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
